Who Are You? - Developing a Stronger Awareness of Self

2 Saturdays - 1st & 8th July - £120pp

Developing a much stronger sense of awareness around yourself is not such a hard task as many might actually think in our busy lives.

Self-awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to recognise oneself as an individual.

Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality, including strengths, weaknesses, thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. Self Awareness allows you to understand other people, how they perceive you, your attitude and your responses to them in the moment.
